ASM Global has an excellent and immediate opening for Banquet Manager for the American Bank Center. Responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of banquet servers during banquets to ensure that food is served promptly.

ASM Global has an excellent and immediate opening for Banquet Servers for the American Bank Center. Responsible for serving food and beverage during catering and suite events at the facility and ensures patrons receive quality service.

Responsible for fulfilling the service per each Banquet Event Orders (BEO). Maintaining all kitchen equipment cleanliness and annual maintenance. Must be creative in designing buffet food presentations. Prepares recipes as directed. Maintains full knowledge of food items pertinent to the event, maintains a safe, clean, organized, and stocked work area.

Responsible for the working with Changeover leads to assist with daily activities required to run, to maintain, and to service the facility. Follow the preventive maintenance program, energy management program and standard operations procedures for all machinery and equipment. Assures facility readiness and smooth operation of events. High School diploma or G.E.D. required and a minimum of one (1) years experience performing building changeovers in an entertainment facility with a demanding schedule. Must have the physical ability to maneuver around facility(ies), at times, walking and/or standing up to 8-14 hours daily as well as the ability to kneel, climb to walkways or balance, frequently lift in the excess of 50 pounds. This position is also exposed to adverse conditions including inclement weather, noise, fumes etc.

ASM Global, operator of the American Bank Center Arena, Convention Center and Selena Auditorium in Corpus Christi Texas is seeking a part-time day time ticket seller from the hours of 10:00AM-6:00PM for the upcoming event season.
Ticket sellers are responsible for ticket sales for shows and events.
Applicants must be friendly, outgoing and customer service oriented, approach each challenge with a positive attitude and enthusiasm.

 Maintains kitchen work areas, equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. Reports to Executive Chef and Sous Chef.

Event security officers are stationed at various posts throughout a special event venue and ensure the safety and security of the facility.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactory. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

Ability to work flexible hours including evening, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Event Staff is responsible for assisting patrons during events in ushering, ticket taking, concierge, and guest services. Will be required to have open availability to work events on an on-going basis including weekends, evenings and holidays. A minimum, of one (1) year experience in customer service sector is required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work indoors and outdoors as required by the function. Must have the physical ability to maneuver around facility(ies), at times, walking and/or standing up to 6-10 hours daily, as well as the ability to lift in excess of 25 pounds. This position is also exposed to adverse conditions including inclement weather, noise, fumes, etc.

Event Security Supervisor is responsible for assisting the Event Services Manager with daily activities required to run, maintain and service the Event Security department by performing the duties personally and/or with the assistance of subordinate supervisors and staff. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and walk for long periods.
