Frequently Asked Questions

What if I need to register my booth?

The American Bank Center is solely responsible for electrical connections, telephone, fax lines, internet, and water as needed. Additional booth requirements such as registration and decorating are handled directly with your specific show.

Do I need to know my booth number?

Booth numbers are incredidably helpful in expediting your order form. We at the American Bank Center understand that some exhibitors are not assigned specific booth numbers until a later date. If booth numbers are not known at time of electrical order, leave this field Blank. When/If a booth number is later assigned, please contact PeytonE@CCTexas.com so information can be added to your form.

My event is for multiple days. Will I be charged for each day?

NO. Charges are based per connection; not day. All fees are a one-time charge that cover the entire duration of your event.

What are my payment options?

PAYMENT POLICY: All orders must be paid in full prior to set up of service.
Please allow 5-7 business days before your scheduled event to ensure payment has been received.
