The show begins at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale Tuesday, March 12 at 10 a.m. CT at the box office, www.ticketmaster.com and at 800-745-3000.

TNA IMPACT WRESTLING Superstars Chavo Guerrero Jr. and Hernandez, Spanish broadcaster Hector Guerrero, and TNA Entertainment VP of Marketing Mike Weber joined Corpus Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce CEO/President Teresa Rodriguez, Corpus Christi City Council Member at Large Mark Scott and American Bank Center Director of Marketing Eric Jaramillo this afternoon to make the historic announcement.

“Corpus Christian’s always relish that our regional economy is ‘body slamming’ the competition,” Scott said, after being presented with a replica TNA World Heavyweight Championship belt. “We are excited that TNA Wrestling wants to bring its winning product to our winning community.”

During the press event, Teresa Rodriquez announced the chamber and TNA Entertainment will be working closely with the area YWCA for outreach. “The Corpus Christi Hispanic Chamber of Commerce thanks TNA IMPACT WRESTLING for the opportunity to provide 25 complimentary tickets to these deserving families and seniors,” Rodriquez said.

The IMPACT WRESTLING event will mark the return of members of the famous Guerrero wrestling family to Corpus Christi, a city rich in professional wrestling history dating back to the Blanchard family running shows on a regular basis in the region.

Corpus Christi will be the third city to host IMPACT WRESTLING since the television events went on the road in mid-March. The first two hours of the event will air live on Spike TV starting at 7 p.m. CT April 11, with the second part of the show taped for air April 18.

IMPACT WRESTLING airs every Thursday on Spike TV (8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT) and is regularly one of the network’s top-rated shows.
