American Bank Center to Host the first Brew Ha-Ha in the Coastal Bend

American Bank Center unites comedy with craft beer to create an evening full of fun

 

(March 23, 2018-Corpus Christi, TX) – Get ready for a belly full of beer and laughter at the first annual Brew Ha-Ha on June 16 from 6pm-10pm! This unique and entertaining event will combine the growing popularity of craft brews and pair it with comedy for guests aged 21 and over to enjoy. The $25 admission into the event will get patrons 6 sample tickets to use to sample various beers, ciders and meads from a wide range of breweries. Additional sample tickets will be available for purchase onsite and full bottles of beer, wine and cocktails will also be available for purchase at the multiple cash bars. In addition to the sample tickets, each patron will receive a souvenir glass and entry into 2 comedy shows (7pm and 8:30pm) that will feature talented Texas comedians, Juan Villarael and Daryl Felsberg.


For the craft beer enthusiast, there is a VIP ticket that offers a 'meet and greet' with a brew master on the theater stage before the comedy shows begin. The VIP ticket is $48 and includes early entry at 5pm, 10 sample tickets, a lounge area, snacks, the souvenir glass and an opportunity to sample styles not available to the general public.


Groups of 8 people or more will be able to purchase tickets for $20 each and there is also a designated driver ticket for $15 that includes access into the comedy shows.The brewery vendor booths, music and games will be in the Watergarden while the comedy shows will take place inside the Selena Auditorium.

About Juan Villarel

Daryl Felsberg!

“One half of the hit podcast “Comedy BBQ” (www.comedybbq.com) Daryl Felsberg is a comedy factory! After being on the road for over 10 years now, he has honed his comedy voice into a character that the industry and fans alike are taking notice of. In 2009 Daryl was tapped to be the host of “The Shopper’s Club”; a shop from home show on a regional cable network. 

October 2017 Daryl released his album "Truth or Daryl" which climbed to the #3 spot on the iTunes Charts and landed him #19 on The Billboard. Daryl is currently writing a treatment for pilot for the Travel Channel about comedy and Barbeque.
