Director of Food & Beverage

Directs and coordinates the entire food and beverage operation of the facilities (Arena, Convention Center and Auditorium). Ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Food & Beverage Management or related field preferred, a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a Food & Beverage management level (Director preferred) position. Experience in a multi-purpose equitable facility preferred with a proven track record of exceeding customer service and quality standards required. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and organizational abilIndividual should be proficient In Word and Excel and other Office Programs as well as knowledge in Quest. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays in addition to normal business hour as needed. Must have professional attitude, appearance and is regularly required to move around the facility; to stand for long hours during events. This position may require work inside or outside of the building, as needed by events.


Maintenance Technician

Maintains in good working condition all facility equipment and repairs. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function. Must have the physical ability to maneuver around facility(ies), at times, walking and/or standing up to 8-14 hours daily as well as the ability to frequently lift in the excess of 50 pounds. This position is also exposed to adverse conditions including inclement weather, noise fumes etc. Must have HS diploma or the equivalent, and a minimum two (2) years experience in the general operation and maintenance of and equitable facility including HVAC and plumbing.


Event Coordinator

Provides professional client services support in the planning, organization and management of events within the facility, and monitoring the logistics of these events, and all event coordination tasks after events are booked. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be required to work both indoors and outdoors as required by the function. Must have the physical ability to maneuver around facility(ies), at times, walking and/or standing up to 8-14 hours daily. Bachelors degree preferred and a minimum of two (2) years of related experience or equivalent combinations of education and experience. Working knowledge of the principles of facility management, services and equipment for a similar facility.
