Service Animals – Convention Center, Selena Auditorium & Arena
Service animals accompanying our guests with disabilities are welcome in the American Bank Center. Service animals must remain on a leash or on a harness at all times. If you intend to bring a service animal into the building, please notify your ticket representative at the time of purchase so that an aisle seat may be reserved for you. If you are attending an event at the convention center, please notify your meeting planner of your convention.
Assistive Listening Devices (TDD/TTY) – Selena Auditorium & Arena
American Bank Center is equipped with assisted listening devices for deaf and hard of hearing guests. These devices are recommended for guests with mild to moderate hearing loss. At the arena, receivers are available at the Guest Service Center on the south concourse. If you are attending an event at the Selena Auditorium, receivers are available at the security desk in the convention center. Either a credit card or a valid form of identification will be required as a deposit to secure a device. We also ask that you would give us your request at least 72 hours before attending the event.
Courtesy Wheelchairs – Convention Center, Selena Auditorium & Arena
If you need assistance getting to or from a meeting room, or to and from your seat, please see the security desk in the lobby. In the arena, if you need assistance getting to or from your seat, please request a wheelchair at the Guest Services Center on the south concourse. An escort will bring a wheelchair to assist you, and will then be returned so other patrons may receive assistance.

American Bank Center provides wheelchair escorts to guests with special needs when requested.
Elevators – Convention Center, Selena Auditorium & Arena
A passenger elevator is provided in the facility to provide easy access to all public areas. Additionally, elevators are alarm equipped with two-way communications to the American Bank Center Convention Center operator. It is equipped with Braille instructions, both inside and outside elevator cabs.

Restrooms – Convention Center, Selena Auditorium & Arena
The American Bank Center Arena and Convention Center are equipped with accessible restrooms on every level. The Arena also has family accessible restrooms on the first and second level. In the Selena Auditorium, there are accessible restooms on the first and third levels.

Tickets can be purchased by phone with a Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express card. Please see arena map for detailed information on designated parking nearest the American Bank Center Box Office. Box Office Hours are M-F 10AM-6PM.
Unannounced Patrons (event night)
All unannounced patrons needing accessible seating, on the night of the event, will be directed to the Guest Service Center to be relocated to accessible seating. This center is located on the main concourse behind Section 111. To avoid inconvenience, it is strongly recommended that any accessible seating ticket requests be made in advance.

Guest Service Center
The Guest Service Center is located on the Main Concourse behind sections 111 and 112 and is designed to provide information to Guests with questions, concerns, or issues regarding American Bank Center events. In addition, the Guest Service Center provides assistance to Guests with disabilities. Please stop by during your next event to learn about the services provided.
