Proof of Vaccination is not required for entry into the American Bank Center. We do highly encourage masks if unvaccinated or when social distancing is not possible.
Bag Policy is in full effect. Guests may carry one clear bag no larger than 12″x6″x12″ or a small clutch purse. We ask all guests to arrive early and travel light, as you may be subject to search, which includes metal detecting and hand wands upon entry. For safety reasons, prohibited items include but are not limited to: professional cameras, tripods, outside food and beverage, laser pens, noisemakers, oversized bags, backpacks or diaper bags, & weapons of any kind.

American Bank Center is a smoke-free environment. We have discontinued the use of the exterior smoking terrace.
For your safety, once a person exits the American Bank Center, re-entry is strictly prohibited.
Ticketmaster is the only official ticketing company associated with American Bank Center. If you did not purchase tickets directly from Ticketmaster.com or American Bank Center box office we can’t guarantee that tickets will be legitimate.
Please make sure you have your QR codes on your phone or hard tickets in hand before arriving on site to allow for quicker entry. If you have any questions please call box office before day of show at 361-826-4744.

Social distancing is recommended wherever possible. Sanitization stations will be placed at entries and restrooms. Although masks are no longer state mandated we recommend face masks for unvaccinated persons.
Please plan accordingly and arrive early as downtown construction will cause delays. We recommend taking N Tancahua St. to Brewster St. / E Port Ave. or take N Shoreline Blvd.
Parking $10 per car. Cash Only.
