If you’ve been a VIP in years past then you know there’s no going back. Upon your arrival you will be directed to the VIP Experience (Motorcycle only) parking and private registration in the VIP Room at the American Bank Center. You then can join the fun and festivities of CC BikeFest or relax in the VIP Experience Lounge.

The VIP Experience Lounge: This is the place to sit and relax. The lounge features daily continental breakfast, afternoon snacks, soft drinks and an open bar for your enjoyment. The lounge opens daily at 9am and is available throughout the rally. [The lounge will close for Friday/Saturday dining.]

VIP Experience Only Events: There are a few perks that come with the VIP Experience ID badge. This special pass gets you in the reserved seating for the concert. You will also receive dinner on Friday night at the ABC and Saturday night at Concrete Street. Badge holders also get priority line-up for the Sunset Parade on Saturday and much more.

Corpus Christi BikeFest™ Frequently Asked Questions

Q. I’m a Rally VIP attendee. Where do I go when I get to the rally?
A. All Rally VIP’s should check-in at the VIP registration station upon arrival. You will receive your VIP photo ID badge, your rally package, a special parking pass and important rally information. You will also be guided to the VIP Lounge where VIP receptions, dinners and special events for you are scheduled.

Q. I pre-registered for the rally. When will I receive my rally packet in the mail?
A. CC BikeFest does not send registration packets in the mail. VIP’s and Rally Registrants can print and bring your electronic registration confirmation with you, however it’s not necessary. Just bring in a photo ID. We will have designated check-in stations for VIP attendees and Rally Registrants so you can quickly check-in and receive your rally benefits.

Q. I've attended BikeFest™ for years, but I forgot to sign up for "Early Registration" this year. Can I still get a rally t-shirt?
A. Early registrants receive a rally t-shirt as part of their rally package. But you can still purchase a rally t-shirt on site during the rally.

Q. I haven't received my FREE motorcycle drawing ticket, what do I do?
A. All motorcycle drawing tickets will be issued on site when you arrive at the VIP check-in location, the Rally Registration check-in or the Day Pass Purchase Booth. Remember you MUST be present to win the FREE bike. The drawing will be sometime on Saturday night. Look for announcements during the day for the specific time/place of the drawing. Good Luck!

Q. May I pick up someone's packet that is not here yet or is not coming to the rally?
A. No. CC BikeFest requires all rally registrants to sign the AMA Release form. We kindly ask that all Rally registrants stop by our check-in desk to pick up their rally package and receive their arm band.

Q. What do I need when checking in if I pre-registered?
A. Bring your Photo ID and your Confirmation Number you received via e-mail.

Q. I just found out I can't attend, can someone else use my registration?
A. Sure. Just send us an e-mail letting us know. Please include your contact information and your confirmation number in the e-mail in addition to the full name, e-mail and contact information of the person attending in your place. Please make sure the new attendee brings a copy of your original registration confirmation so we can make sure all is taken care of at registration. NOTE: We cannot make any changes to t-shirt size for the new attendee.
