Event Details: Before women go in search of the perfect wedding dress, chances are they’ll first need gowns for a few special occasions...a Quinceañera, Sweet Sixteen, Bat Mitzvah, and for the guys Bar Mitzvah, and/or prom. These celebrations happen only once in a lifetime, and it is an event that should be perfect.
The 5th Annual Quince, Prom and Bridal Expo is geared toward a teen's coming of age celebration, and because of the fair’s timing, prom dresses and tuxedos will also be featured. Brides can also attend to find everything for that perfect wedding. “The teen parties are becoming more elaborate, “says event producer Maureen Caballero. Parents are spending more and more on these parties for their kids, even more sometimes, than they spent on their own weddings!”
For more than 20 years, Maureen Caballero has produced South Texas' largest bridal event, the Wedding Fair, which has attracted thousands of brides. She expects that the latest event, the 5th Annual Quince, Prom & Bridal Expo will be just as successful. Caballero says, “No other show in South Texas will give young debutantes, brides, and their families a place to go for “everything” they will need to make their special event an affair to remember. This will be Corpus Christi’s largest teen special event exposition of the year, and now we have added brides, who may have missed the Wedding Fair, back into the mix!”
The Quince, Prom & Bridal Expo is truly a one-stop shopping spectacular for any Quinceañera, Sweet Sixteen, or prom, or bridal event. Vendors from fashion and photography to food, flowers, music and fun will all be on hand to help create an unforgettable event. There will be fashion shows for viewing as well as food and cake sampling. Teens and brides can also register for thousands of dollars in door prizes.
