Event Details: The Al Amin Shriners are proud to present the Al Amin Shrine Circus in 2011. The Circus is a fun family adventure for everyone. Proceeds from the event benefit the Al Amin fraternal operations.
The Shriners in Corpus Christi are best known for their community service, civic involvement in local parades and for their support of the Shriners Hospital for children.
For the Al Amin Shriners, the circus is more than a fundraiser. It is our opportunity to give back to Corpus Christi, by making it possible for everyone to have a circus experience.
The Shrine Circus brings something important to the community -- quality, affordable family entertainment. Each year thousands of deserving children, who would otherwise not have the opportunity to attend, experience our circus free of charge. We thank our sponsors for making this possible.

Your Hostess
Our very own Ring Mistress Michelle Audrey! She begins with an atmosphere of pure excitement created by our intelligent lighting!
Magnificent Elephants
Ponderous Pachyderms provide tons and tons of circus fun. Picturesque pyramids with a flair! Magnificent mammals of monumental maneuverings in the ring!!
Majestic Tigers & Lions
Regal tigers and lions respond gracefully to the visual and verbal cues given to them by their trainer. They execute leaps, lay downs and rollovers in the steel cage demonstrating their grandeur.
The Human Cannonball
The World Record Holder -- 185 feet 10 inches is the world record for the longest human cannonball! Blasted from the booming barrel, our courageous captain circus, catapults into the air soaring freestyle to his destination.
The Flying Ponces
High above the rings, with flamboyant flair, the fantastic flyers are flipping and flowing through the air. Their breathtaking feats displays their mixture of technical skill beautiful choreography!
Aerialists
High in the air, bounding with perfect balance and precision timing, these balance specialist from around the world, take the skies with their acrobatics and spiral through space!
The Dominguez Extreme Riders
Seven motorcycle riders perform in a giant steel globe executing hair-raising maneuvers as the chase each other around at speeds of up to 60 miles per hour! They display their strength, discipline, talent and courage.
Cavorting Clowns
Our ragbag rascal rambunctiously rambling clown comes into the ring to entertain and amuse you. His crazy antics and wacky charm tickles your fancy and win your heart! This dippy diplomat of dynamic delight from Chile brings laughter and joy to audiences.
The Mighty Bo
The largest performing elephant in the planet! This majestic pachyderm entertains the audience in his rock & roll debut!
The Dragomir Troupe
One of the finest troupes hailing from Romania, their incredible performers demonstrate this demanding art of teeterboard with dazzling dexterity and consummate skill.
The Ojeda Troupe
Motorcycle madness on the high wire, one motorcycle rider on the incline wire soars to lofty heights with our beauties performing aerial acrobatics on the trapeze!
The Georgettes Magic Extravaganza
From the deep and Mysterious land of magic, the ultimate of beauty, excitement, and slight of hand!
