RTA Bayfront Express: Passengers can board from the Memorial Coliseum parking lot beginning at 7:00 p.m. Public parking for this event is available on both sides of the Memorial Coliseum and on adjacent streets. The Bayfront Express will run free for this event!

The South Texas Academic Rising Scholars (STARS) is a grass-roots organization dedicated to making higher education affordable to South Texas students. Funds are raised annually through Extravaganza events featuring top entertainers. Last year alone, STARS raised over 2 million dollars through its annual Extravaganza. This year, the largest event in STARS history is coming to the American Bank Center Arena with Brooks & Dunn as the featured performers.

Since their debut album in 1991, Brooks & Dunn have won numerous awards and sold millions of albums, carving their place into the world of country music as the biggest selling duo in country music history. More than 10 years later they continue to be a success with their most recent chart topping album Hillbilly Deluxe and nominations for CMA Vocal Duo of the Year and American Music Award's Favorite Country Band, Duo, or Group.
