The Buccaneer Commission is pleased to announce tickets are going on sale for the Buc Days Miller Lite Pro Rodeo presented by the Coastal Bend Chevy Dealers taking place April 23-26, 2009 at the American Bank Center Arena.
Tickets go on sale Saturday, February 14, 2009 at 10:00 a.m. and are available online at www.ticketmaster.com and all Ticketmaster locations including the American Bank Center box office. Tickets are $10, $15, $25 or $75.
The Buc Days Miller Lite Pro Rodeo presented by the Coastal Bend Chevy Dealers is one of the top-50 Rodeos in the country! Over 400 of the world’s top professional cowboys and cowgirls will be ropin’, ridin’, and wrestlin’ their way to a share of the purse in four action-packed performances. Come watch future cowboys and cowgirls Mutton Bustin’ and Calf Scramble contests! And, be sure to enjoy the entire Buc Days festival happening right outside the Rodeo before and after show time! Your Rodeo ticket gets you into all the fun!
This year’s event theme is “Where In the World Is Jolly Roger?” Our friendly pirate mascot will invite Texans to visit the world without leaving Corpus Christi. Buc Days is taking on an International flavor in the form of incorporating music, food and cultural demonstrations. Visit the Taste of Europe and enjoy sampling beers from around the world, or visit the Latin Flavors & Sounds tent to enjoy music from south of the border. The Asian Gardens tent will include martial arts demonstrations as well as food sampling. And, of course, don’t miss the BBQ Challenge were we mix great food and music. So, use your Rodeo ticket and enjoy ALL of the Buc Days fun before and after the Rodeo performance for FREE!

The Buccaneer Commission is a non-profit organization that produces Buc Days, an annual festival designed to celebrate living in South Texas. Proceeds from Buc Days benefit the Buccaneer Commission scholarship program benefiting area youth.
