May 3, 2010 - SMG announces the appointment of Jim Salamenta to the position of General Manager of the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas. Salamenta was hired by SMG in July 2006 as Director of Operations for American Bank Center. Salamenta’s 16 years of industry experience did not go unseen. Under Salamenta’s direction, the Operations Department excelled and is known for providing superior service to clients, tour managers and guests. Two years after his arrival, Salamenta was promoted to Assistant General Manager/Director of Operations and another two years later, he proudly leads the American Bank Center team as General Manager.
