2018 Little Miss Corpus Christi Pageant
Date: Saturday February 10, 2018Time: 1:00 PM
The 2018 Little Miss Corpus Christi Pageant will be held Feb. 10, 2018, at the American Bank Center.
Young ladies will get to build their self-confidence and personal skills while making new friends, helping their community and having fun!
A portion of the proceeds from the pageant will help benefit those affected by Hurricane Harvey.

OUR MISSION
Our goal is to help young ladies build self-confidence and personal skills while they participate in a fun and exciting pageant experience! They will get to enjoy a variety of activities and learning opportunities as they prepare for their time on stage. They will get to learn & develop public speaking skills, make appearances at various events in the Coastal Bend, help volunteer at community events and more. Plus, of course, they will have fun learning the skills necessary for a fun & rewarding pageant experience, such as walking the runway, how to pose, personal care and more.
REQUIREMENTS
• Tiny Miss Corpus Christi: must be age 4 - 6 as of Feb. 1, 2018
• Junior Little Miss Corpus Christi: must be age 7 - 10 as of Feb. 1, 2018
• Little Miss Corpus Christi: must be age 11 - 13 as of Feb. 1, 2018
THE PAGEANT
There are two categories for the pageant - casual wear and formal wear. A panel of no less than eight judges will be evaluating the contestants on beauty, poise, personality and runway.
This is not a glitz pageant - everything will be kept age appropriate.
REGISTRATION AND WHAT IS INCLUDED
Early bird registration is $150 if paid in full by Sept. 15, 2017; registration is $200 after Sept. 15, 2017. Payment plans are available with a deposit of $50; simply call (361) 425-3001 to make arrangements.
Each contestant receives the following:
• Pageant sash (with name of her family and/or sponsor)
• Official pageant t-shirt to be worn at official appearances & activities
• Personal coaching with talent agent Lydia Blanco Garza of The Blanco Agency
• Portrait session including prints
• Workshops on runway walking and posing
• Hair & make-up tutorials (age appropriate) provided by Aveda Institute of Corpus Christi
• Personal appearances at numerous community events as a special guest and/or volunteer
• Group dinner with all contestants the night before the pageant
The prizes for the winners include:
• 1st place receives $250 cash prize, trophy, official crown & sash as title holder and continued appearances throughout the community until the following year's pageant • 2nd place receives $150 cash prize, trophy, official crown & sash with designated title
• 3rd place receives $100 cash prize, trophy, official crown & sash with designated title
• Additional prizes will be awarded for additional categories, such as Most Photogenic, Most Outgoing, Best Laugh, etc.
