ATM Locations

There are three automated teller machines (ATMs) for your convenience, located throughout the American Bank Center:

1) ARENA-South Concourse: behind Section 113 & Second Floor at the top of the escalator.

2) CONVENTION CENTER-Outside the American Bank Center administrative offices across from the security desk.

Guests with Disabilities

Wheelchair Service: Guests in need of wheelchair escorts are available at any entry point to the facility. Wheelchairs cannot be assigned for the entire event; due to the limited number, they may only be used to transport an individual to their seat and cannot be used outside the Arena to transport an individual to their vehicle. Please be aware that our escort staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in our wheelchair for the duration of the event. Event Staff Attendants will assist guests who wish to transfer to a seat from their personal wheelchair with storing of their wheelchair at our Guest Services area during the show.

American Bank Center encourages guests who require the use of a wheelchair to arrive with their own wheelchair or if further assistance or arrangements are needed please contact our Event Services Manager at (361) 510-5031.

Intoxicated Guests

American Bank Center reserves the right to deny entry to intoxicated guests. Any intoxicated Guests causing a disturbance during an event will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest.

Lost and Found

American Bank Center management assumes no responsibility for items lost at events. All lost and found items are to be taken to the Guest Service Center during events. Guests should visit the Guest Service Center on the main concourse during the event to inquire about lost items. After the conclusion of the event, if the lost item is not retrieved, Guests may contact American Bank Center Security at 361 826-4108 to inquire about the lost item.

No Re-Entry During Events

American Bank Center has a "no re-entry" policy during events. Guests who wish to return a prohibited item to their vehicle or need to exit and re-enter due to personal emergencies (i.e. retrieve medicine from their vehicle), must first make contact with a Guest Services supervisor or manager via the Guest Service Center to make necessary arrangements.

Non-Smoking Environment

Smoking is not permitted in the arena, auditorium and convention center, including e-cigarettes, at any time. However, two smoking sections are available on each level of the arena. The designated smoking area on the lower level is located behind the Guest Service Center at the east entrance. The second designated smoking section is the City View Terrace outside patio located on the second floor behind section 106.

Photography

No commercial or flash photography of any kind is permitted. Selfie sticks are not permitted within the Venue. Camcorders or any other audio/visual equipment is prohibited unless authorized by team/promoter or performer. If you have questions about a particular event please call (361) 826-4100. Specifically, the use of the following equipment is not permitted:

• Lenses greater than three-and-one-half inches in length

• Telephoto or zoom lenses of any kind

• Interchangeable lenses of any kind

• Monopods or tripods

• Selfie sticks

Recording Devices

Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the arena. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices.

Any equipment not conforming to these rules must be removed from the premises or left with the Guest Service Center on the Main Concourse during the event.

Resale of Tickets ("Scalping") Prohibited

The resale of tickets ("scalping") is against the law and will not be permitted in and around the property of American Bank Center. Violators will be reported to the Corpus Christi Police Department. To avoid problems with counterfeit, stolen or voided tickets, Guests should make your purchases through authorized outlets (American Bank Center Box Office, Ticketmaster.com, charge-by-phone at 1-800-745-3000 or Ticketmaster Outlets.) Serving and Consumption of Alcohol

American Bank Center and its food and beverage concessionaires have adopted an alcohol policy that is designed to protect Guests and the community from alcohol-related incidents.

Guests are expected to obey all state and local laws governing the purchase, possession, and consumption of alcohol. It is illegal for anyone under the age of 21 to consume alcoholic beverages. In addition, the following items are to be noted:

• There shall be a maximum limit of two alcoholic beverages sold to each Guest, per purchase, per transaction

• All Guests who appear to be younger than the age of thirty-five (35) will be asked to show positive identification prior to being served alcoholic beverages

• American Bank Center reserves the right to eject anyone under the age of twenty one (21) who is observed to be consuming alcohol on the premises or who appears to be visibly intoxicated

• American Bank Center and its food and beverage concessionaires will implement ongoing responsible alcohol management training sessions for its serving staff.

Signs/Flags/Banners/Posters/Pamphlets

Unless otherwise specified by teams and/or event officials/management, American Bank Center welcomes guests bringing small signs, flags, banners, and posters inside the building to show fan support during events. The following guidelines relate to these items:

• Item must be related to event.

• Item may not be attached to a stick/pole.

• Item may not be larger than 11" x 17" in dimension.

• Item may not obstruct any sponsors/advertisers signage.

• Item may not be hung, attached, or displayed on any part of the building.

• Item may not contain or display obscene/offensive language and/or pictures, as determined by American Bank Center management.

• Item may not be constructed or displayed in a manner that mat obstruct the view of other guests or in any way create a safety hazard for others as determined by American Bank Center management.

Guests are not allowed to hand out pamphlets, advertisement brochures, etc. to other guests while inside the building, without prior approval from American Bank Center management.

Food and Beverage

Guests may not bring food and/or beverage items into the arena during events. The only exception is baby food or formula. Guests must dispose of the unauthorized items prior to entrance into the arena or return them to their vehicle. Guest Service Center will not check-in or store any food or beverage items. Guest with specific/special dietary needs due to medical conditions or religious requirements should contact the American Bank Center Guest Services Manager at 361 826-4763.

First Aid

Certified medical professionals are available at the First Aid station during all events to assist guests with medical needs. Guest in need of emergency first aid should contact the nearest American Bank Center Employee for assistance. The fist aid station is located in the East concourse behind Section 106.

Fire Code Compliance

Please refrain from bringing items that could potentially block aisles. According to Section 1024.9.6 of the IFC (International Fire Code), referencing to assembly aisle obstructions, it states "There shall be no obstructions in the required width of aisles except for handrails as provided in Section 1024.13". In order to comply with the IFC and ensure the safety of all patrons in the event of an emergency evacuation, items such as strollers and non-collapsible walkers must be checked in prior to seating at guest services located on the Arena main concourse behind sections 111 and 112 and in the Selena Auditorium atrium.

Box Office Hours

The American Bank Center Arena Box Office is open Monday – Friday, 10:00am– 6:00pm.

The American Bank Center Arena Box Office is located outside the main arena doors off of Resaca Street. For shows on Saturday or Sunday the Box Office will open up two hours before show time. Shows held at the Selena Auditorium, the Selena Auditorium Box Office will open up two hours before show time. Call 361-826-4700 for more details.

Child Admissions

For most events children under 2 years old are admitted free into American Bank Center events provided that they sit on an adult’s lap and do not occupy a seat. Please check with the American Bank Center Box Office for a show by show basis at 361-826-4744.

Climate Control

The American Bank Center maintains certain temperatures during all events including Corpus Christi IceRays games, Corpus Christi Fury games, and other American Bank Center events. These temperatures are determined event by event.

Disturbances

All Guests must maintain reasonable and appropriate behavior at all times. Guests using offensive language or engaging in disorderly conduct may be ejected from the facility and may be subject to arrest. Ejected Guests will not receive a refund for their tickets or be compensated in any way for their loss.

Disturbances include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Standing on chairs

• Drunk and disorderly conduct

• Fighting or challenging others to fight

• "Mooning" or exposing private body parts

• Interference with or delay of the game/event

• Violation of American Bank Center's event policies

• Violation of the local, state, and federal laws and statues

• Igniting and display of flames, i.e. lighters / matches, in the facility bowl

• Attempting to enter the field of play, court, or stage without permission

• Throw, discharge, or launch any liquid substance or objects other than paper confetti

• Willfully and maliciously disturbing another Guest / employee with loud and unreasonable noise

• Using profanity and/or offensive words which are likely to provoke a violent reaction from others

• Taunting or using offensive language against the players, referees, or performers

Door Opening

The time the doors to the American Bank Center Arena open will vary according to the event. The typical time is one hour prior to the event. Please check in advance by calling 361-826-4100.

Dress Code

American Bank Center management reserves the right to deny entry to guests wearing clothing items displaying offensive text and/or images.

Prohibited Items

IN ORDER TO PROVIDE A SAFE AND SECURE ENVIRONMENT FOR ALL, THE FOLLOWING ITEMS ARE NOT PERMITTED WITHIN THE AMERICAN BANK CENTER, BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

* Hoverboards

* Bottles, cans coolers or similar containers

* Food, drinks or illegal substances

* Any weapon, including chains and studded bracelets

* Video equipment, professional camera, tripods or recording devices

* Laser pointers, aerosol cans, noise-makers, fireworks

* Backpacks, unwrapped gifts, large bags, boxes, umbrellas

* Helium balloons

* Smoking, including e-cigarettes or vapors

* Selfie sticks

* Glitter

* Pets or non-service animals

* Any other items determined to be unacceptable or dangerous by management

Bag Policy

Prohibited bags include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Purses, bags or containers larger than a small clutch bag (a clutch bag is 4.5x6.5" or 6.5x4.5", approximately the size of a hand without a strap).

• Camera bags • Cinch bags

• Briefcases • Computer bags

• Backpacks • Coolers (including thermos)

• Fanny packs • Luggage of any kind

Patrons may bring in the following bags:

• American Bank Center approved clear plastic, vinyl or PVC that do not exceed

12" x 6" x 12" (see image below). Bags may be hand carried or have a

shoulder strap.

• One gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc).

An exception will be made for medical necessary items after proper inspection at the entrance.

What about diaper bags?

Diapers can be carried in a clear approved bag. Each member of a family, including children, are allowed to carry an approved clear bag and a clutch purse into the stadium. That is sufficient storage capacity for a 3-4 hour event. For any special accommodations or questions please call 361-826-4749.

Entry Inspections

All Guests entering the arena during an event are subject to a search of their person and their property, this includes a visual inspection and a bag inspection conducted by American Bank Center security personnel. The purpose of the inspection is to detect prohibited items such as audio/video equipment, professional photography equipment, glass bottles, metal cans, food and beverage,explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives with blades over 2” in length. All large bags, i.e. backpacks, suitcases, beach bags, etc. will be prohibited from entry into the venue.

Additional Prohibited Items

Guests are prohibited from bringing certain items into the venue. American Bank Center does not provide weapon lockers. Prohibited items include, but are not limited to, the following:

Explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives with blades over 2” in length.

Guests found in possession of the above-mentioned items will be asked to remove the item from the arena or dispose of it.

Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected from the arena and may be subject to arrest.
