Dancing with the Brides

One of the most memorable moments of any wedding reception is the first dance between the bride and groom; now it is the opportunity to build the wedding of your dreams. Three engaged couples will take lessons to learn their first wedding dance with Third Coast Dance Studio and will compete against one another for a chance to win a wedding package that includes gift cards and discounts from various local wedding vendors as well as a wedding reception at American Bank Center rent free. To enter complete the registration form below. Participants must register and submit how their significant other proposed no later than July 1, 2011 at 5:00 pm.

American Bank Center, Centerplate and Wedding Fair Events along with Z95, 92.7 kbay, Third Coast Dance Studio, Razzle Dazzle, Gold’s Gym, Dr. Rockstar and Latin Talk present the Dancing with the Brides contest. Dancing with the Brides will take place at the 2011 Summer Wedding Fair on July 24, 2011 at 11:00 am. Hairstyling and makeup for finalists provided by Josh Salinas & Co. Salon. After the winner is chosen, doors for the Wedding Fair will open at 12:00 pm. Admission is just $11.00. Don’t miss it!

The Dancing with the Brides package contains key elements of what you will need to begin planning the wedding of your dreams. You will receive gift certificates and discounts that will save you thousands of dollars in wedding costs. To enter for a chance to compete in Dancing with the Brides contest for the Dancing with the Brides package, register online at americanbankcenter.com and tell us your proposal story and why you deserve a chance to compete. Entries must be 100 words or less and must be received by July 1, 2011 at 5:00 p.m.

A panel of judges will choose three finalists. Winners will be announced on the American Bank Center’s website, Z95 and 92.7 kbay on July 5, 2011. The bride and groom both must be able to attend all scheduled dance rehearsals, (which will be determined by couple and Third Coast Dance Studio) between July 6th and July 23rd. The couple chosen to have performed the best wedding dance based on pre-determined criteria the day of competition at the American Bank Center Selena Rotunda on July 24th at 11:00 am will be the winner of the wedding package! Gift certificates are non transferable, only good for one year, and have no cash value. The Grand Prize Package is subject to change.
