Event Details: ZZ Top is coming back to rock the American Bank Center Arena in just four weeks! The rock n' roll icons performed for a full-house crowd last year in March. It was one of the most memorable concerts in the Arena's four-year history in Corpus Christi and we're looking forward to hosting another capacity crowd on May 16, 2008.
ZZ Top is the longest running major rock band with all of their original members. The band has sold millions of records over the course of their career and it's a remarkable achievement that all three band members are still together after 35 years of rocking on the road and in the studio.
Billy F. Gibbons, Dusty Hill, and Frank Beard are ZZ Top, known for their smash hits "Gimmie All Your Lovin," "Sharp Dressed Man," and "Legs," to name a few. In 2004 the Texas trio was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame, and the group has officially been designated as Heroes of The State of Texas. They are true rock icons, they're real, they're surreal and they're ZZ Top!
