Dale and I both agree that everyone we worked with at the SMG managed American Bank Center made the conference as easy as possible for us. Everyone was very pleasant and showed a lot of initiative in trying to think ahead about what we might need and then proceed to get it done. Our Event Coordinator was absolutely amazing to work with on all of the details. We hit some snags along the way during the conference, but the staff at the American Bank Center did their best to see that everything they could do to help was being done.

Our event takes and incredible amount of organization and some adjustments as the event takes place. SMG management looked at every detail and took care of all adjustments in a very timely manner, this was the most impressive skill I saw in everyone I worked with. They were always there when we needed them and always very courteous. We never had a dull moment and enjoyed the facility and the service we received. We brag and I mean brag about the facility all the time, it is the best facility to ever sponsor our event, I would like to thank SMG and the facilitators for all of our success the last four years. Our overall experience was great and I would recommend the event center to anyone. We do want to hold the event there next year because everyone liked the Venue and we got a lot of positive feedback out of it.

Please accept our heart felt thanks for all you did for us at the quilt show. I have worked with several Event Coordinators in the past and you are by far the most efficient, kind hearted, and organized person we have ever had. You made my job so easy and kept my head above water when I had things flying at me from all directions. I have had nothing but praise for our show this year and I can thank you for a lot of that since things moved smoothly and we stayed on top of all the requests, some whining and most of all the constant up and down temperatures that you had to deal with depending on the mood of the patrons and guild members!!
I wish you the best in all future things that come to the American Bank Center. If you are at the helm I am sure the event will go off without a hitch.

I just want to express my gratitude to all the American Bank Center staff for such a wonderful year. Everyone we work with; especially Connie, Alan, Amy, Mark, and Russ, go above and beyond to help us each year. Please know that although I just mentioned the four above, our gratitude goes far beyond to the many that help with our event. I think Corpus Christi is so lucky to have such a professional and helpful group of people to put on events and showcase our city. I have so much respect and gratitude to have had the privilege to work with each of them and am already looking forward to next year.
The Selena Auditorium was a success, with just a few bumps. I know it will be even better next year. We have already met with ABC staff and as always, they were already ahead of us for planning improvements for our event.
I am looking forward to meeting with you this summer as we begin our work for the 2012 Coronation.
Again, Jim, please pass on to each and everyone at ABC our sincere gratitude for the hard work that they do each year. We are so thankful for all of them and look forward to next year.

The purpose of this email is to express my personal thanks and appreciation for the exceptional and outstanding support received from the American Bank Center team in support our church’s convention.
For me the epicenter of support and forward planning was Darryl Meadows. He made the events of 8 days happen without a single 'surprise.' He was always responsive, available and thinking ahead. His proactive handling of parking was the most helpful for us. It 'just worked' and it was not an easy job. Darryl watched, learned and adjusted many things to our specific needs. He had a sense of anticipation of potential problems and solved them before they happened. His communications were always prompt and helpful!
The security desk was exceptional. The wheel chairs were always ready, and the carts to move stuff and their smile. I cannot say enough good things about them. Security tends to be grumpy cautious people, not those at the ABC security desk. They were happy, responsive and prompt in their service.
The American Bank Center, managed by SMG, is the best convention experience I’ve had in over 40 years of domestic church conventions and 25 years of business trade shows in the computer industry around the world.

| Thank you again for a great job at the ABC last weekend. I have received nothing but positive feedback from parents and teachers about the change in venue. Everyone bent over backwards to be present and helpful. The help desk staff were great, the security guards did their job very well but with a positive customer service attitude with the parents and teachers.

| Everything was wonderful. The staff was great and their service was excellent from planning the big day to the very end of the evening on our wedding day! I was very satisfied with the space we rented. It was the perfect size for our guests and the view was absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I had a wonderful time and we would not change a thing!
